Do I need to bring my TV to the shop?
For confirmed home-service jobs, a JMAGS technician visits your address. You do not need to transport the TV before assessment.
Is there a check-up fee?
The advertised check-up fee is ₱1,000, deducted from the final repair cost if you proceed. Confirm the total quotation, service coverage and any additional charges with JMAGS before booking.
Can you quote the repair before visiting?
Our team can discuss an initial estimate using the TV's model and reported symptoms. A confirmed repair price depends on diagnosis and the parts required.
